What’s been happening:

My wife and I have one son who lives in Baton Rouge Louisiana. I have lived in Baltimore for 46 years. I retired from the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company in 1994 and began doing consulting work primarily in the energy field. In 2003 I decided that a change would be a good thing so I went into residential real estate. I had headed up the real estate section at BGE for a little more than 10 years and had a real estate license which I had kept on an inactive status. The switch to real estate was therefore not a major change for me. I have been specializing in working with seniors who are downsizing and selling their homes. I am still working every day and enjoying it very much.
